Please note: A bonus is not direct cash. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

6.2 Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses apply to eligible accounts only.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, nova88 bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
  • VIP cashback and other promotions have their own applicable terms and conditions.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless nova88 bd itself makes a correction due to a technical error. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

Odds or payout rates may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

7.3 Special Provisions for Sports Betting

If a match is abandoned or postponed, nova88 bd will follow the applicable rules to determine the outcome of the related bet. For live betting, system data will take precedence if any discrepancy arises due to internet delays.

8. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Obtaining bonus benefits through fraudulent means.
  • Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
  • Exploiting any bugs in the game or betting software.
  • Using any automated tools or bots to bet or play games.

9. Account Suspension and Closure
